LEE COUNTY, Fla. — A Cape Coral man has died after he lost control of his motorcycle and collided with a curb.
The 33-year-old man, whose name has not been released, was traveling east on College Parkway and came across a curve at Riverwalk Park Boulevard.
The incident occurred at approximately 2:07 a.m.
According to FHP, the man lost control of his motorcycle near the curve and went off the roadway colliding with the curb. He then overturned and came to a rest on the edge of the sidewalk.
He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
