Turner Pest Control, an Anticimex company, purchased three pest control companies in Georgia including Bug-Off Exterminators, Advanced Services and Green Frog Pest Solutions.

In the transaction, J. Edwards Services Inc. represented and acted as exclusive financial advisor to Bug-Off Exterminators, and Paul Giannamore and Franco Villanueva-Meyer of The Potomac Co. represented and acted as exclusive financial advisors to Advanced Services and Green Frog Pest Solutions.

Turner Pest Control, which provides comprehensive pest control services to residential and commercial clients in Florida and South Georgia will now have customers in more than six Georgia cities, as well as territories in Lexington, Columbia and Aiken, S.C.

“Together, these acquisitions provide a tremendous opportunity for the new customers we now welcome into the Turner family, as well as for our newly expanded team of employees,” Turner Pest Control President Bill Talon said in a news release. “We couldn’t be more excited to join forces with companies that have built such outstanding reputations for quality.”

Bug-Off Exterminators, headquartered in Woodstock, Ga., has been serving customers in the north metro Atlanta area since 1986 with owners Donald and Katherine Edwards. The company provides pest control services for both residential and commercial properties.

“This acquisition means our valued customers will have access to new, innovative pest control services and our team will enjoy great new career opportunities,” Donald Edwards said. “We’re excited to see what the future will bring.”

Advanced Services has more than 10,000 customers in Augusta, Statesboro, Savannah, Baxley and Guyton, Ga., and territories in South Carolina. Owned and operated by Bo and Dena Thomas, who also own Green Frog Pest Solutions, the company has served customers for 35 years.

“When the opportunity to join forces with Turner presented itself, it made perfect sense,” Advanced Services President Dena Thomas said. “It will give our employees more flexibility and gives us the opportunity to provide our services to a wider audience, expanding further throughout Georgia and South Caroilina with the potential of regional expansion.”
