Football coaches from around the state have taken to social media to show why they think the season should go on as scheduled.
On Monday, the Kentucky Football Coaches Association Twitter account posted a graphic about coaches responses to COVID.
Coaches and teams from around the state posted their results as well.
On Tuesday, Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine said he will be issuing an order that sports may continue this fall but added a caveat in his next tweet.
“Additionally, there will be no spectators other than family members or individuals very close to the student athletes,” DeWine said in his tweet.
While fan attendance hasn’t been voted upon by the KHSAA’s Board of Control, if they vote to continue with the fall season as scheduled, it should be addressed Thursday.
