Gordon Ramsay is facing his “toughest guest!”
The British chef, 57, hosted his Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill restaurant opening at The Londoner Macao on the south coast of China on Wednesday — only to come face to jowl with an unruly bulldog called Tomato on the red carpet.
In a video shared on Ramsay’s Instagram story on Thursday, the star was captured telling the dog (who was wearing a Union Jack collar) to “sit,” while the dog tried to get up.
“Sit nicely,” Ramsay said again as the dog finally complied by sitting down before looking up at the restaurateur.

After the dog was under control, Ramsay held onto the leash as he straightened up his collar to pose for pictures on the red carpet.
“The toughest guest at #gordonramsaypubandgrill last night,” his caption read as he wore a white chef jacket and black pants.
“Feels just like home,” Ramsay added in his next caption as he posed in front of the Londoner Macao’s replica of London’s Big Ben.
The TV star then thanked pal David Beckham for letting him stay in "his suite."
“This is beautiful,” Ramsay said behind the camera as he filmed the interior design of his room. “What a place.”
Beckham, 48, who is the Sands Resorts Macao global ambassador, created Suites by David Beckham at the Londoner Macao with London interior design firm David Collins Studio.
“Hello mate, welcome home! Enjoy my suite. Sorry about me staring at you on the loo, love David,” a note from the Inter Miami owner read on Ramsay's Instagram.
In the video of the exquisitely decorated suite, the camera captured a hallway, a large bedroom, a bathroom, two living rooms and a dining area.
“This place is beautiful. Picture of DB, VB,” Ramsay said as he referred to the pictures of Beckham and Victoria Beckham on the wall. “David, you have really seriously outshone yourself.”
Walking into the ensuite, Ramsay then filmed the toilet which was next to a picture of Beckham wearing his 32 soccer jersey from his time at Paris Saint-Germain.
Ramsay also shared an Instagram reel that captured different moments of his Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill event. “Macao ! What an amazing few days opening #GordonRamsayPubandGrill at @the_londoner_macao !,” his caption read. “And a special thank you to Tomato (the bulldog) for keeping the red carpet clean ð¶.”
