Wenatchee Valley Animal Care and Control is asking the public for information on a dog bite that happened on the Apple Capitol Loop Trail Saturday.
The victim was riding his bike along the East Wenatchee side of the loop at about 17th street after 10:00 am. He came upon a man in his fifties with two dogs, a black bulldog-type and a black Doberman Pinscher with a cropped tail. The Doberman then bit the victim.
