Animal Care and Control worker running Boston Marathon for stray pets - boston.gov

seliranga.blogspot.com

We want to give a huge thank you to Boston Animal Care and Control staff member Peter Gray, who is running the Boston Marathon to raise money for the stray pets in Boston!

Peter is no stranger to endurance running. He previously ran the Chicago Marathon and last year's Boston virtual marathon, both as charity fundraisers. This year, Peter has made the commitment to run the Marathon on behalf of Boston Animal Care and Control to try to help raise $5,000 for pets in need!

We are grateful to Peter for the level of care that he provides for the animals in our care. He can often be seen snuggling with a pup, or interacting with our cat. We're looking forward to cheering him on!
