Four people were killed and three others injured after a car drove into a crowd of pedestrians in northeast China's Liaoning Province, on Saturday.
The black sedan hit the crowd as they were crossing a street in the city of Dalian at 11:47 a.m. and fled the scene, said the city's public security bureau.
The hit-and-run driver has been caught. An investigation is underway.
