Drawing a Crowd - The New York Times

What concerts, sports or other live events do you look forward to attending again?

Students in U.S. high schools can get free digital access to The New York Times until Sept. 1, 2021.

One year ago, the World Health Organization declared the coronavirus outbreak a pandemic. Unimaginable loss, distress and disruption followed. But hope now lies on the horizon.

A successful vaccine rollout is unfurling. The largest school districts in the country are welcoming students back into classrooms. More and more states are loosening restrictions — even allowing sports, concerts and other live performances to resume imminently.

How badly have you missed events with crowds, however big or small? Are you optimistic for a return to normalcy by summer? Do you have tentative plans to attend any shows or events, be it a music festival, comedy show; watching a beloved sports team, attending a county fair or hosting a party?

Tell us in the comments, then read the related article to learn more about the longing for a return to live entertainment.
